Its ok to ask for help. If life is too busy and chaotic then think about what would help you have an easier life and grab that support! Too many tasks for the brain to organise most oftenly leads to procrastination. That's when the piles of 'stuff' build up around the home and can get blindly ignored but subconsciencly is causing distress to our minds, which comes out in our moods as frustration and irritation.
